I have a Dell Latitude E4600, in device manager these 2 drivers aren't found Broadcom USH.
When you download and extract the drivers from dell, search the windows folder for the previous existing copies of the drivers and delete/rename them before trying to use the downloaded copies. The other option - you may possibly have the wrong drivers for the hardware - search the Hardware ID online to see if you can get a positive ID on what it should be identified as. I've seen instances where a wrong driver will change the description you see vs what the hardware ID says it is. EDIT: people have reported issues with the Broadcom USH drivers, with a solution that tends to work the majority of the time - run custom install Uncheck all devices except Broadcom Unified Security Hub restart computer when prompted note that the desktop doesn't appear until after the install completes it's post-rebot configuration - don't panic Broadcom USH moves to a new device category called Credential Vault Device.

Installing drivers is a basic foundation and crucial to your IT knowledge and skill base. If you are having trouble picking out an 'unknown' device, you could try using the UDI from and see if it can provide a more concise description for your missing drivers. I cannot, without having the system in front of me or performing a screen share (and charging you as a customer for my time), give you any more information than I already have..
